Beautiful home on the water with pool in east Fort Lauderdale, less than a half mile to the beach and less than one minute to intercoastal waterway by boat from your own dock. Easy highway access and near luxury shopping and fabulous restaurants.

Three bedroom, three bath house has DSL line and wireless internet available and fully functional office. (Thrid Bedroom is an office/bedroom). Enjoy the pool and views of the waterway from every room. Washer and dryer in separate laundry room, two car garage, central A/C and heat, walk-in closet. Property is nicely landscaped with newly painted exterior. Hardwood floors and marble bathrooms; full kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils; French doors; wonderful spa bathroom. Immaculate condition in and out.

Home located in on a cul-de-sac in a secluded neighborhood. The master bedroom has a California king-size bed with pillow top bed and multiple pillows. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with the same mattress for extreme comfort. There is a 40-inch LCD screen TV with cable and movie channels. All the luxuries of home but MORE!

The front garden is lush and has a fountain that can be viewed from the dining and living area. Front yard area is in a private cul-de-sac with a safe playing area for children if desired. Back garden is lush as well and is situated around your private pool and overlooking the waterway with no boating traffic as the home is located in a waterway cul-de-sac as well.

There is a hammock and a teak patio set for cool evening dining. The master bedroom has its own marble bathroom and separate exit to the patio. The second bedroom has two large closets and access to the spa bathroom. The living room, kitchen and office/third bedroom have gorgeous water views as well. The kitchen has a sliding window pass through that will allow you to open up to enjoy the view.

You can easily walk to the beach, which is less then a mile away, to a quaint beach area of Lauderdale by the Sea with shops and restaurants. Here you can walk the pier for fishing or relax on the white sand beaches. Further down the beach is a more populated and popular area of Fort Lauderdale beach. You can easily connect to I-95 to access Miami in thirty minutes; Palm Beach in forty minutes; and a day drive to Key West in two to four hours, depending on the island of preference.
