We, Mike, Joanna and Austin, grew up in Alabama and had the opportunity to move to Florida several years ago. Having invested in and developed property in the Miramar Beach area for 17 years, we truly love the Florida Panhandle and have chosen it because of the lifestyle, weather and beach activities. It’s a great place to live and to raise a family.
Why the Owner Chose Miramar Beach Villas
We're one of the developing families of Miramar Beach Villas. We have always wanted to own property in a beach community and Miramar Beach Villas has given us the chance to design and develop the type homes we would want to own in a beach community and with a family atmosphere. All amenities in our community were chosen by and laid out by Joanna and me. We didn't have to "find" a vacation home like we would want . . . . we designed it to fit our family's needs and other families like us. Being so close to surrounding states, this location is great for all of our friends. Miramar Beach has the whitest sand in the world, great weather, top-notch restaurants, shopping, golf, deep-sea fishing, etc. There's a great "on site" SHOPPES area planned with New Orleans style courtyard. When built, we'll be able to go to the coffee shop, ice cream, wine, ladies, restaurant and other boutiques just a couple of minutes walk from our front door. This will positively affect the rental experience and value of each Villa. The Miramar Beach Villas community is all we could ask for. . . .
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
The 20 NEW luxury Villas in the gated Miramar Beach Villas community are definitely a cut above the standard beach vacation homes and rentals (oversize bedrooms, 10' ceilings, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding and only steps to the beach). This is a kid friendly BEACH community with our own "dedicated beach access" and a wonderful pool. Since all Villas are built on ground level, there's none of the "high rise" clutter. No fighting for the elevator or pool space. Parking is adjacent to your front door. Miramar Beach Villas is close to all vacation activities that this area offers. Don't forget about that morning or evening walk on the beach.
