Saturday to Saturday scheduling with 4PM check-in and 11AM check-out.
Rates quoted do not include the 6% use tax or a refundable $350 security deposit
RENTAL RATES-$250/night off season (2 night min)-$1900/week June thru August
1/2 of total weekly rent is due when reservation is made.
Balance of rental including 6% use tax is due prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: Deposits are refunded if home is re-rented.
Personal checks or money orders are accepted. No credit cards.
