The Crystal river is located just a stones throw away, with access to fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Of course, Lake Michigan is a two minute walk or a quick drive from the cottage giving you access to multiple beach sites and beautiful vistas.

Our family had a wonderful time at Northerness. As a active family with 2 young children, we wanted to be close to town and activities and have enough space in a kid friendly home. This home delivered a wonderful vacation for us. We enjoyed the quiet, out in the woods feeling of this home and the close proximity to town. We walked to town, biked to the dune climb on the new bike path, visited the beautiful beaches, and were able to relax outside at the fire pit (while still hearing the kids on our monitors.) This home was beautiful, clean, and had all the household tools you could hope for and more. Thank you Northerness.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

Rates
RENTAL RATES: In season (June 15th -September 7th) $2200/week. Off Season: $1400/week; $250/night(2-night);$200/night(3-night) plus cleaning/fee Saturday to Saturday scheduling with 4PM check-in and 11AM check-out. Rates quoted do not include the 6% use fee or a refundable $350 security deposit 1/2 of total weekly rent is due when reservation is made. Balance of rental plus 6% use fee & damage deposit due 3-weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: Deposits are refunded if home is re-rented. Personal checks or money orders are accepted. No credit cards.
