The newly-constructed "Bobcat 1" is a two-story, 2000 sq ft four bedroom, three bath home nestled high in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains of Northern New Mexico. It has two covered decks for viewing the beautiful sunsets which give the mountains their name. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood with great views and lots of privacy.
Full kitchen stocked for 12, including all normal electronics (coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots and pans and dishes for 12), refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, gas oven and stove, and dishwasher. washer and dryer and linens for 16.
Two of the bedrooms have queens and the other two are equipped with bunks. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a toilet room.
There is great sledding, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing in the winter and access to the surrounding state forest is a short hike or bike through the woods. In the summer, there are single track mountain biking trails in the forest and some of the best highways in the area for bicycle touring.
