Welcome to our spacious five bedroom, four and one-half bath luxury condominium just off Rehoboth Avenue on the Rehoboth-Lewes canal. We are located eight blocks from the beach, a relaxing 15-20 minute walk or bike ride to all the shopping and restaurants of downtown Rehoboth.
Unit is four stories, 3200 square feet, perfect for a cozy gathering of families and friends, yet large enough to have some privacy too. Each floor has a balcony or patio with views of the Canal Corkran area. The condominium complex has a centrally located pool with the new, four-mile Rehoboth-Lewes bike path nearby.
There are three master suites (two queen beds, one king) with two other bedrooms (two twins and a twin over full bunk) that share a bath.
First floor includes a master bedroom (queen bed) with adjoining bath, patio, large entryway, and washer/dryer.
Large eat-in kitchen on the second floor with a balcony, two seating areas, TV/DVD and stereo.
Third floor includes a master bedroom (queen bed) with adjoining bath and balcony and two bedrooms (two twins and a twin over full bunk) that share a bath.
Fourth floor is a large 800 square foot bedroom with king bed, balcony, sitting area w/futon and a crib.
We provide internet access, TVs in each bedroom, and books, movies, games, and toys for the kids.
Summer rentals are Sunday to Sunday, check-in at 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m.
Sorry, no pets, no smoking.
Unit is exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything you may need for a fun-filled, relaxing beach vacation.
