Parks, in beautiful northern Arizona, is just 20 miles west of Flagstaff, 15 miles east of Williams, and an hour from the Grand Canyon. Eagle Rock Ranch sits on 20 arces of meadows and tall Ponderosa Pines with postcard views from tall windows and wrap-around decks. Breathtaking land surrounding this exquisite home provides a special feeling of being far out in the woods, even though northern Arizona’s largest city is just a short distance away. Clean air, tall pines, and rolling meadows are enough to make anyone an outdoorsman. This nature lover’s paradise is abundant with the most majestic of America’s wildlife, including elk, deer, and antelope. Bird watchers can witness Stellar’s Jays, Pygmy Nut Hatches, summer hummingbirds, and the American Bald Eagle. Eagle Rock Ranch is perfect for those who enjoy horseback riding, bicycling, and hiking, with numerous trails making for an ideal situation.
Constructed in 1999 the ranchhouse is an elegant and comfortable 2,452 square foot custom home. The long circular drive is equipped with abundant exterior lighting to illuminate your nighttime voyages from the ranch’s gated entrance to the front door. In addition, the wrap-around covered deck provides a majestic viewing experience and is a wonderful gathering place.
Inside the home, numerous amenities add to the pleasure of the ranch experience. Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by an outstanding, round shaped family room that contains a spectacular stone fireplace; you can’t help but look up to admire the soaring cedar tongue-and-groove rotunda ceiling. At the same time, you will find your eyes catching strategically placed windows throughout the home that always seem to let in the perfect amount of light. The family room leads to the dining area and into the marvelous kitchen where you will find corian countertops, hickory cabinets, double ovens, and more. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed and makes its presence known with glass doors. A large bathtub that will never let you down when you need a warm, relaxing bath is part of the master suite and seperate from the rest of the house. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin size beds.
