Our South Mission Beach Condo was totally remodeled in 2006 and had never been used as a vacation rental before. We may require a higher security deposit then some rentals but that is how we have kept it in excellent condition. Steps to the quiet side of the Bay (great for young families) and just three short blocks if you want more activity on the world famous Oceanfront Boardwalk.
Our 1550 sq.ft. two story condo shares the building with only one other unit (think duplex). Downstairs you will find a courtyard patio with bbq, patio set and a view of Sea World's fireworks during the summer. Step inside and on ground level is the living room with gas fireplace, 42" LCD HD flat screen, leather couch and chair. A huge skylight over the dining table for six brings in the natural light. The kitchen is well equipped and has all new appliances. Travertine style tile floors throughout the ground floor makes for easy maintenance at the beach.
There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a Queen and the other has twins (trundle bed) each with its own tv. Also one full bath and 1/2 bath are downstairs. Upstairs is the master suite with a private balcony which is great for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. There is a desk area with a pc,dsl and wi-fi. A California King awaits you at the end of the day.
The large bathroom has two basins with a skylight over them, the spa tub has glass shower doors. Last but not least is a walk in closet to hang all your swim suits in. Parking can be a problem at the beach. We have a tandam garage but unless your cars are small it may fit only one mid size. Remember, most beach condo's don't have a/c so we depend on the ocean breeze and fans.
