Timberline Lodge at Trappeur's Crossing Resort is Steamboat's finest resort experience. All condos are GOLD-rated, so you will find well appointed accommodations. The lodge borders the indoor/outdoor heated pool.
Conveniently located in the heart of the Steamboat Mountain Village, Timberline Lodge is just a short stroll to restaurants, bars, and shops in Gondola Square. Within minutes of your door, you can be riding the Silver Bullet Gondola on your way to miles of world-class skiing and mountain biking terrain. Or, you can simply soak up the surrounding mountain beauty while you lounge around the pools and hot tubs.
CONDO FEATURES
These two-bedroom, two-bath condos are outfitted with exquisite fixtures, and feature handcrafted, high quality ranch & lodge style decor. The condos feature top-quality, fully-equipped kitchens with slab granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, four-burner gas cook-top stoves, wood cabinetry, stone tile flooring, as well as spacious living and dining rooms with a gas fireplace.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom, with a jetted tub in the master bathroom. Other amenities include complimentary in-condo high-speed wireless Internet, an in-condo washer and dryer, private ski-lockers, and private heated underground parking.
Each condo is either 1090 sq. ft. or 1165 sq. ft. with a maximum occupancy of 5-7 people.

COMPLETE VACATION PLANNING SERVICES AVAILABLE
We will gladly book your discounted lift tickets, ski rentals, taxi transfers and airfare when you make your reservation; our concierge can help make dining reservations, cater to your special requests, and get you tickets to any event you may want to attend while in town. Group and meeting planning services are available through our Group Sales department. In addition, we offer a travel insurance option at the time of booking your reservation to help cover any unforeseen circumstances affecting your travel to Steamboat - this can include a partial refund of your stay.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total stay cost together with a 6.5% reservation fee, which is payable with a credit card at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. Taxes are charged on the lodging and reservation fee at a rate of 11.4%.
The unit reserved under this confirmation is limited to adults and families. Sports team participants, and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians, are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund. No pets allowed. |
