Rental of this unit includes substantial GREEN FEE DISCOUNTS on two primier golf courses. The rental of this unit allows you to use the owners Gold Golf Membership on both the Waikoloa Beach Course and Waikoloa Kings' Course. Both courses are within walking distance of the condo. Green Fees, with the use of this Membership, are $75.00 on the Beach Course and $50.00 on the Kings Course. Regular resort rates, even for condo and hotel guests, are $135.00 per round. Each guest of this Villa will save up to $85.00 on each round of golf with the use of this Membership.
The Shores at Waikoloa is located on the "Gold Coast" of the Big Island, where there is little rain and December through March is whale watching paradise. Just across the street from the Hilton Waikoloa and a short walk to the King Shops, you are only a few minutes away from excellent restaurants, great shopping and the sandy beach at 'Anacho'omalu Bay' where you can swim, snorkel and kayak. You are only a 15 minute ride away from Hapuna Beach, considered one of the best public beaches in all of Hawaii.
Renters are walking distance from the Robert Trent Jones, Jr. Beach Course and the Tom Weiskoph designed King's Course. Two of the premier courses on the Big Island. You are also just a 20 minute ride away from the world-renowned courses at Mauna Lanai, Muna Kea and Hapuna Price.
This newly redecorated spacious Golf Villa is the perfect spot for one or two couples to get away from it all and enjoy the privacy of their own space. It is also a great place to bring the kids to explore the magic of the Island of Hawaii. This Villa has two large bedrooms, each with its own oversize bathtub and separate shower, plus a powder room, kitchen, living room/dining area and a covered lanai with a wet bar and gas barbecue. The total living space is in excess of 2000 square feet and with the large lanai opening onto the beautiful gardens of the Shores, your villa feels even larger. The villa can sleep six guests with a king-size bed, two singles that can convert to a king bed (by request at the time of booking), and a queen-size sleeper sofa.
Whether your pleasure is sitting on the lanai relaxing and reading a good book or something more active such as snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, hiking or mountain biking on Mauna Kea, it is all easily accessible. Discounts are available for many of these activities through the concierge at the Shores' Activity Desk located by the swimming pool.
