Awesome Getaway

Arrived on Friday afternoon to a wonderful home that the pictures did not do justice. Beautifully furnished, decorated and comfortable home with awesome views of Copano Bay. We felt right at home and had no problems drifting off to sleep in the master suite. Enjoyed cooking in the fully furnished kitchen with a spacious island separating the kitchen from the living area. Allowed me to stay connected with everyone else in the house while I prepared meals. Concrete downstairs with a nice bulkhead and oh, what a pier! 350' long with plenty of room for fishing at the end with a light for night time fishing. Just wish mother nature would have cooperated (cold front and 30 mph winds in April!!) for us to take advantage of more fishing. Know there are some big ones swimming at the end of the pier just waiting for us to come back! My husband liked the garage for keeping our fishing equipment safe at night. I highly recommend this home for a couple or multiple couples (plenty of room for everyone, inside and outside). Also, Debi is great in communicating with you in answering all your questions before arriving. A special thanks to Keith and Debi for supporting Warrior's Weekend, an event and project that is very special to our family. As long as you have this home, you will see us again in the future.

Spring Break Vacation

Great Vacation! Our family had a wonderful time. We did not catch much fish, but I think the water may have been a bit too cold still for them to be in the shallows. The home was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We loved eating our meals and drinking coffee on the back deck over looking the bay. I was amazed by the variety of birds in the area adding to our beautiful view. I would recommend this place to anyone and we definitely look forward to coming back in the near future. Christmas Vacation

Our family stayed at Sunsets on Copano Bay over the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful time. The first night the weather was beautiful. The bay was like glass and we caught several small trout. Unfortunately the rest of the stay mother nature turned and it became cold, rainy and windy. Fortunately the accommodations we very nice and we had a great time hanging out in Rockport and enjoying the sights. The kitchen was well equipped and provided everything we needed to dine-in and have glorious meals. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. I would recommend this house to all friends and family interested in visiting the gulf coast area.

Exceeded Expectations

We spent Father's Day weekend with our kids and their families at Copano Bay in the Oliver home and it was great. All the boys, from age 11 to 53, enjoyed fishing off the dock at all hours of the day and night. The decor in the house was amazing. Debi has done a great job in creating a comfortable and inviting home while paying attention to all the details of a high end hotel. The pictures do not do justice to the actual home. What a wonderful place to stay in Rockport !!!

This house is a wonderful place to stay in Rockport. All the comforts of your own home sitting right on Copano Bay and was only a short drive to all points in the area. Debi was very accomodating getting us booked and made the process easy. The 350' pier was a lot of fun and a real bonus. We fished there for hours. Keith took us out on a guided trip in his boat into the bay and we caught 30 keeper specks by 11am. Very comfortable first class outing with a good guy and a very capable guide. We had our 13 year old daughter out for the first time fishing and Keith made it a great experience for her. We hated having to leave this place and will surely return soon and often.

Relaxed on Copano Bay

My wife and I along with my son's family just returned from an extended weekend at this property. Everything was in order as outlined in the internet information. The private dock was a big hit with the grandkids (and the adults too) who fished well into the early morning hours. We all agreed that this was a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for the family to spend a long weekend and we certainly plan to return on a future family vacation.

Family Vacation

We spent a week in this fantastic house and would have loved to stay another. It's everything promised in the pics and then some. We caught tons of fish, but most of them were not quite big enough. However, catching them was a blast. We also loved watching the dolphin swim around the end of the pier and the beautiful sunsets. We were a group of 2 couples and our 3 kids, ages 2, 6 and 20. It worked for everyone because we all love to fish and there's plenty of room. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Just bring your sunscreen and fishing gear. WE HAD A BLAST!!!

Wonderful stay in May

My husband and I had a very comfortable stay and Debi and Keith are very hospitable and welcoming hosts. It was truly like staying in their home and not a rental property. The pier was an amazing attribute and we really enjoyed the fishing. Although it was only my husband and I, the home could certainly accommodate a large family or several couples. I would recommend it over other homes in which we have stayed in the Copano Bay area. We will certainly go back.

What a wonderful relaxing 4 days we all had at this immaculately clean and adorably decorated bay house. My husband and I are thinking of going again soon with more of our immediate family. We did experience some Hurricane 1 winds but all it did was make the bay turbulent. The fishing was affected by the winds but my husband and friend caught 25 trout the night before we left. A great trip!

Spent the last week of July here and never wanted to leave! Home is very comfortable and well appointed. The location is wonderful! The whole family loved having a pier right out the back door. Couldn't get my youngest son to stop fishing! He caught a redfish right off the back deck! Nice, quiet neighborhood with ammenities close by. We'd love to stay here again! Thank you so much! Can't express how great the whole place is!

We rented this house for 4 days in june and caugth fish everyday we were there. wonderful owners great place kept very clean and the pier was great. would recommend, we had a wonderful time we caught reds, a flounder and speckle trout right off the pier, and saw dolphins in the bay. The fishing was fun, we had a blast. Thanks for the memories

We had a great time at this beautiful home on Copano Bay. The fishing was fantastic from the private pier. One of our favorite family vacations. We are already planning another trip to this house for next summer. The owners are terrific and knowledgable about the area. Loved it!

My family and I recently stayed here in July and it was one of the best vacations we have ever taken. The home was clean and beautiful. Fishing from the pier was absolutely unbelievable. My husband and I spent the months of Feb and March in this house and it was great! It's a very nice area with plenty of places to walk or bike. Great fishing right out the back door. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with. We were very satisfied.

We recently stayed in this beautiful home. I highly recommend it. The home has everything needed for a great vacation. The owners are very accommodating and great to work with.
