Enjoy a great Holiday near all Florida Attractions in the comfort of our 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath luxurious pool home located in the Lindfiels subdivision 3 1/2 miles from Disney. Our house is convenient and easy to find. Our house is fully equipped. It is the type of house you want to come to after a day at the parks or the Golf course. Its 2207 sq. feet of living space and is fully Air Conditioned/Heated. First floor has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen breakfast corner, big living room with cathedral ceiling, king size master suite with its own bath and walk in closed, laundry room with washer and dryer a 1/2 bath next door. Second floor 3 bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other 2 with twin beds each. The main TV is 32" with DVD player + movies brand new playstation 2 with 30 games. There is a total of 4 TVs in the Villa. There is a phone in the Villa and local calls are FREE.
In the master bedroom you will find a computer with FREE high speed internet service. Feel free to use it and send emails to friends + family
and don`t miss out on emails you receive. There are two high chairs in the house as well as a portable crib and stroller. Hair dryer in every bath, linen and towels. Screened out door Pool, deck with furniture. Pool heating available in winter for an additional $20.00 per day.

Pool heating is $140 a week or $20 a day.
High Season - Christmas, New Year, Easter
Low Season - all other times of the year.
Cleaning fee is FREE of stays of 7 days or more.
Less than 7 days cleaning fee is $80.
