1) My condos are Gulf-Front. No streets to cross. No obstructions to your view.
Just beautiful white sand and emerald waters as far as your eyes can see.
2) I manage my own rentals. No third party to deal with. The condos you see in the pictures
are the actual condos you will be staying in.
3) I offer hassle-free check-in. After payment, I email the combination to the condo so
you can begin your vacation without wasting time exchanging payment and keys.
4) I reside locally and constantly monitor my condos to keep them in tip-top shape and
squeaky clean. I also have a staff ready for any maintenance needed during your visit.

Our Gulf-front complex is within easy walking distance to many attractions like arcades, go-cart tracks, dining, shopping, and golfing. We support a family atmosphere with a minimum age of 25 for singles. With 200' of dedicated beach and an adult pool, a kiddie pool, elevated private sun deck and poolside snack bar, you may not leave the property!!
Come enjoy a beach vacation in one of the best condos in the building. They feature mirrors throughout to create a panoramic view of the beach and come equipped with a queen size bed, queen size sofa sleeper and matching love seat. Other features include a dining table with 4 chairs, 27” TV, stereo, VCR/DVD, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and walk-in closet.
REMINDER: This is a NON-SMOKING unit. However, you can smoke on the public balconies.
Pets require a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee and must not exceed 20 pounds. I only allow pets in one of my units, so if you want a pet-free unit, let me know.

We have an attractive open-air 8-story complex with a larger pool and more beach frontage per guest than most of the 20+ story high-rise condos that now dominate Front Beach Road. Parking is conveniently on-site with no streets to cross.

Our location couldn't be better with many things to do within walking distance. Like to golf...there is a golf course across the street. Need a swimsuit or raft, Alvin Island's Department store is right outside our entrance. Like to have a drink and watch the sunset, just walk two blocks east to Spinnaker's. Wanna be a human slingshot (and who wouldn't?), that's across the street as well. World famous Pineapple Willie's Ribs...just down the street. The possibilities are endless.
