Our home is 3,000 sq. ft. of living space and is furnished with all brand new furniture. As you enter you will be greeted with a wall of windows looking out over the main channel of the lake. Every room you step into you will have an unobstructed view of the lake. You will find comfort and warmth as you relax in the spacious great room with a gas stove, tongue and groove ceiling with fan. Relax in the Laz-Boy recliner and matching love seat and reclining couch.
The main level also provides you with a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include all cooking utensils, coffee, tea, condiments and most spices, ice/water dispensing refrigerator, dishwasher, ceiling fan and an octagon dining room with 8 windows overlooking the lake. There is also a half bath off the kitchen. The master bedroom and master bath also surround you with panoramic lake views. The master bath was just remodeled, it has a jetted tub, wonderful view of the lake, seperate shower stall and a new vanity with a decorative bowl sink.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with beautiful Broyhill furniture and ceiling fan. Master Bath has a jetted garden tub with windows overlooking the lake. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, laundry soap provided. The deck off the family room is equipped with a large gas grill and patio set for your dining enjoyment.
Downstairs has its own living room with glass doors again providing an unbelievable view of the main channel of Table Rock Lake. With three additional bedrooms all with ceiling fans and a full bath. The secondary bedroom is designed for the fisherman, with rustic furniture and décor that will make him feel he has his own private fishing retreat. Equipped with a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom we call the garden room, definitely with the ladies in mind. this room has a queen bed and white wicker furniture. The 4th bedroom has twin beds to accommodate children or 2 adults.

May 23 - Sept. 1 $1675 week or $265.00 per night 5 night minimum.
Sept. 2 - December 31...$1425 week or $215.00 per night 3 night minimum
$75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee on all rental periods
50% Non-Refundable Deposit required when reservation is made, remainder is
due 30 days prior to start of stay.
