This year-round beach home is FULLY EQUIPPED (and we mean FULLY - be sure to read our complete brochure by following the link below). It was built by a family which has been going to this beach for over 30 years, and has absolutely every convenience you could ask for. All you have to do is walk in, unpack your suitcase, go to the grocery store, and you are ready to REST!
The interior is elegantly decorated with hardwood floors throughout. The beautiful screened front porch has ceiling fans, 6 rockers, and a Pawleys Island Rope Hammock. Back deck has chairs for sunbathing and a big BBQ. Main dining table seats 14 and second table opens to 12, plus 4 kitchen counter stools.
A perfect home for a family group, with separate bathrooms for each bedroom, plus two fabulous under-house showers with dressing areas for after the beach (two blocks away). Walls are insulated between rooms for privacy, and bedrooms are large enough that you can "hang out" in your own room (each has its own TV!) or join the group. There is second upstairs Living Room with TV and DVD, so the kids can watch movies while the adults hang out downstairs. |
