Beautiful, newly renovated (2006), Architect designed, 3 bedroom, lakefront cottage, with 168 feet of waterfront privacy and sandy beach, (depending on lake water level), on Highland Lake in the Lakes Region of Maine. Bridgton is at the base of the White Mountain Range in the southwest part of the state. Highland Lake is one of the prettiest lakes in the region and is famous for excellent fishing. Bring your boat or use our Canoe for great fishing, boating, and water skiing.
The cottage sleeps up to 8 comfortably and is directly on the water. The large deck literally hangs out over the lake and you have a private beach, which depends on lake level, and dock. Drive your boat to the Bridgton town dock for breakfast and shopping, or just lounge in the sun on the large waterfront deck. The views from the deck are simply incredible!
The cottage is completely new inside as of 2006, with an Architect designed, open floor plan, with amazing views out the expansive front windows. The master bedroom has 1 new Queen bed and private full master bath, the second bedroom has one Full size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a pull-out full size sleeper in the living room. A double sided fireplace will warm you, if you have a cool Maine evening.
No smoking is allowed in the cottage. One pet, dog or cat, is allowed for an additional non-refundable $300 fee, per pet per week. Cottage uses lake water. Bottled water recommended for drinking. |
