VILLA ESTRELLA is located in the exclusive beachside community of Ocotal in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica overlooking the Gulf of Papagayo and the Pacific Ocean. This gorgeous, newly constructed villa is situated on a private hilltop that rises from the beach of Ocotal and offers breathtaking views of the Pacific to the west and volcanic mountains and jungles to the north, east, and south.
VILLA ESTRELLA is perfectly situated for guests to enjoy swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, and sailing in the pristine waters of the Gulf of Papagayo. Centrally located in the Guanacaste region, guests can also easily venture out each day in different directions to experience the various pleasures of jungle canopy tours, mud baths, horseback riding, pristine surfing beaches, and nearby local villages. The Village of Coco, for example, is just five minutes away and it boasts a variety of restaurants, local shops, discos, and even a casino. VILLA ESTRELLA management will work with you to facilitate all your Adventure plans!
Your stay at VILLA ESTRELLA includes three wonderful meals each day prepared by our local Costa Rican chef. All of your meals will be served outdoors in the shade of the covered patio with overhead fans gently refreshing you. In advance of your trip to Costa Rica, we will review the proposed menu with you with a goal of customizing meal choices to your group's preferences, including special dietary needs. Meals will be served at the time of your choosing.
VILLA ESTRELLA has seven full sized suites that accommodate up to 20 guests. Each suite offers "5-Star" amenities including luxury bedding; separate in-suite air conditioning; full bath facilities; and separate balconies/terraces to relax and enjoy the exotic views and sounds of our Costa Rican surroundings. Of special note, for groups with a sizeable number of younger children, VILLA ESTRELLA features a larger “group suite” featuring eight separate bunk beds…an experience the kids will surely enjoy.
