Enjoy conversations with one another while indulging in appetizers, drinks or desserts in an indoor Bar Area. Don’t worry there is plenty of seating for everyone with an attached sitting/living room. An open loft is where you will find the living/TV room. This large space is suitable for evening games, conversation or just a place to stretch out. Enjoy the loft while practicing yoga, meditation or if you are looking for a quiet area of the house. We have a library of books, DVDs and games. Day or night you can enjoy either the front or back patio for bird watching or waiting for the iguanas that nest nearby. To ensure a visit from the iguanas you can put out fresh fruit.
Casa 770 provides linens and towels. No need to fill your suitcase with beach towels; we provide them also.
This elegantly furnished, non-smoking residence has:

-two bedrooms that can be either two twins or a king as you wish

This immaculate house has a fully-equipped kitchen that will suit even the gourmet cook in your party. Pick up local fruits, vegetables, breads, beverages and seafood at the Town Square or travel to the Supermercado (grocery store) located in nearby Cancun or Playa del Carmen where you can purchase everything from soy milk to a New York Strip Steak. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, water cooler, toaster oven, convection oven, Jenn-air grill and blender. If you decide an outdoor fiesta is in order, pick up some charcoal at the Supermercado and enjoy the traditional Mexican grill on the front patio. The spacious dining room accommodates six people with plenty of table space.
