Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, North Island
We chose to buy this vacation home because of its location and Island feel. The beauty of the beach and surf can be seen from this keywest style house. It is within walking distance of Times Square yet quite and private. The beach house is located just 1/2 mile from the sky bridge which makes it easy on/off island. That is very important in the winter season with so many snow birds here. There are so many reasons why we bought this particular beach house that it would take too much verbage to tell.
The Unique Benefits at this Keywest Elevated Design
The visual beauty of the sandy beach and Gulf while relaxing on the 2nd floor deck. Private pool and spa which is heated year round and is lush with landscape. Having dcs gas cooking system on the second floor is great for entertaining along with fireplace for those crisp January mornings. There are so many benefits to this house and location, one will just have to see for themselves.

Having grown up near Ocean City Maryland, both my wife and I love the ocean. When we moved to Florida to retire several years ago we knew that Ft. Myers Beach was going to be part of our lives. I worked in Real Estate back in Maryland and also owned and operated a couple C-Stores so I was a people person and Ft MyersBeach is a people/family type island. The calm waters of the Gulf and the friendly people and local art make it a true paradise. My wife Diane also is a people person having owned and operated a large day care center in Salisbury, Maryland for many years.
