This very comfortable, 1450 square foot home, is located on a large corner lot in the lower Cathedral City Cove. The house has a large, private backyard with picturesque mountain views. The living room is complete with a gas and wood fireplace. The dining area has sliding glass doors that open to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are ample linens and towels for inside and outside use.
A large screen television with VCR and DVD player is located in the den. The master bedroom and third bedroom also have a television with VCR and DVD player. Broadband and WiFi internet access is available.
The oasis like backyard features rose bushes, desert vegetation, river rockway and a refreshing saltwater pool/spa. A large wide deck surrounds the swimming pool/spa. There are floatation mats, loungers, patio chairs, tables, umbrellas and a covered eating area.
The home is conveniently located south of Highway 111 between Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. A short drive in the car and you have access to theatres, including an IMAX, shopping, restaurants, golf courses and Palm Springs International Airport.

Additional fees: $100 cleaning; 12% Cathedral City transient tax for stays of less
than 31 days; Dec - Feb $200 weekly to heat pool/spa; Oct, Nov, Mar to May $100
weekly to heat pool/spa; Reservations require a 25% deposit; Payment is made with
a credit card to PayPal or a bank issued check in US dollars; No personal checks;
Reservations are refundable less a 10% service fee, if cancelled at least 30 days

We would like to thank you for the opportunity to spend a week at your fantastic home in Cathedral City. The property and the house were terrific. My wife and I together with my sister-in-law and her husband spent a very enjoyable week in Cathedral City and the surrounding area, the weather was fantastic and the pool was spectacular. It was difficult to leave. We all hope to get the opportunity to visit the area again.

"Derek's home is a wonderful place to stay. The house is very comfortable and has everything needed from kitchen equipment to bedding and towels, to bathtowels for the pool and hot tub, to laundry facilities, to space for your car(s), to TV/VCR/DVD equipment and to outdoor furniture for lounging around the pool or dining outside etc. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the main highway (111) that runs through the many valley communities. Golf courses, shopping, a library, theatres are all close by. There is good walking in the area and into the hills behind. Derek is well organized as he has for his renters a complete book on what is available in the area and instructions as to how to operate the pool, hot tub and doors, whom to contact in the event of an emergency etc., all of which are extremely helpful. If there is a problem Derek resolves it immediately (it is as if he is on call 24 hours a day) and happily as he is so easy to talk to. We would recommend that people stay in his home without hesitation."
