Lae nani is the premier property on the coconut coast. Located close to grocery shopping, movie theater, galleries, restaurants, small boutique shops, etc. Kapaa is centrally located on the island and convenient to so many things.
Our condo (#512) on the ground floor is in the most desired building at Lae Nani. The building is approximately 100 yards from the ocean. The unit has been completely remodeled and updated.
Features include tennis court on the complex, ocean swimming and snorkeling at your front door and large pool also.
The property is close to several golf courses and Coconut Market Place with shopping and theater.
We are located approximately 7 miles from the Lihue airport.

Seldom do rental properties meet or exceed what is advertised but 512 Lae Nani did this in every respect. Clean, comfortable, beautiful, well equiped kitchen, comfortable king mattress and clean linens and towels, flat screen TV equipped with DVD, walk out the sliding doors to a relaxing patio where you could sit all day and take in the spectacular view--being on ground level, walk out on the expansive green lawn, and to the beach with perfect grainy sand, lots of shade if desired, the swimming pool clean and large for laps, the bar-b-ques well maintained and a gathering spot every night for grilling, etc etc...This is a very special place in paradise and we will definitely be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This was the second time we stayed in this particular condo at the glorious Lae Nani. Simply put, it was splendid. Every morning, we awoke to the soothing sounds of waves. The condo was immaculate and well-appointed. Definitely a 5-star; we'll be returning for sure.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We enjoyed our stay there very much. The condo is very nicely decorated and it is very clean and pleasant. We've stayed at Lae Nani many times and this condo was one of the nicer ones we've stayed in.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This condo was very nice - exactly as pictured. The updates are all very tasteful, it was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook our holiday meals. The property is one of the nicer ones on this stretch and is very well maintained. It is also very close to restaurants, shopping and activities. We would definitely return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
