Ocean View #1257, located high up on the 12th floor of the Whaler, offers amazing vistas of the Pacific Ocean, Kaanapali Beach, the neighboring island of Lanai, and the West Maui Mountains. The spacious floor plan has 1118 square feet, including a 213 square foot full-width lanai. The Resort Services Check-In Fee will be paid by the owner.
What makes this One Bedroom - Two Bathroom unit different from many others at the Whaler? 1) Its top floor location gives an unobstructed superior view of the ocean, beach, golf courses, and majestic mountains, 2) Its location is the closest to the ocean you can get without paying the extra price for direct ocean front, and 3) It has been recently remodeled and is tastefully decorated. Unit 1257 is located on the south sunny side of Tower 2. Relax in the cool island breezes on the comfortable Tropitone outdoor furniture and watch the whales, in season, right from your private lanai. This is the ideal setting for sipping MaiTais, sharing a meal, and listening to live Hawaiian music from below. Although you may never want to leave, you are only steps away from beach activities, shopping, and restaurants--or plan fun sightseeing excursions around the island! Fall asleep each night with the gentle sounds of the ocean.
This deluxe condo features a light and airy seaside décor and many upgrades. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new appliances, wood cabinets, recessed lighting, and all the amenities. The living room and bedroom have been recently carpeted and have mirrored walls and floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize your enjoyment of Maui's exceptional beauty. Both the king-size bed and queen-size murphy bed provide a restful night's sleep. The full-size marble bathrooms have also been refurbished with new cabinetry and tropical décor. There's also a free washer and dryer inside the condo. If you just can not leave business behind, our unit has an office area, which is laptop-ready with free high-speed internet connection, fax, copier, and printer. An internet connected computer and even a complimentary in-room safe is included.
This beautiful one bedroom, two bath home accommodates four people. The unit is entirely Non-Smoking, both inside and out. The Whaler does not allow pets. Check-in time is 4 PM (or earlier if ready) and check-out time is 11 AM.
Housekeeping:
All linens are provided. Check-out cleaning is included free of charge. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for a nominal fee.
Deposit Information:
A deposit of 3 nights rental (7 nights at Christmas/New Year) is needed to secure your reservation. The balance, plus a $400 damage deposit, is due 60 days prior to arrival. The damage deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the unit's condition following your stay. Hawaii's non-smoking law is firmly enforced by the condo association and violation will result in forfeiture of deposit. Personal check, credit card, bank transfer, money order, certified check or cashier's check accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival will be completely refunded, less $50 plus credit card processing fees. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 3 night minimum charge. Should a reservation be cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, or for rentals inbetween December 19 and January 1, refunds will be made for those days that are re-rented, less $50 plus credit card processing fees.
