All reservations must be confirmed by the payment of a 20% deposit within 2 weeks.
50% total rental due 90 days prior to start of lease.
The outstanding balance becoming due 30 days prior to start of lease.
There is a security deposit required for repairs/damage/replacements and cleaning.
