Amenities include: beautiful cherry cabinetry with built-ins, all new stainless steel appliances wet bar and wine frig. Pool with cabana, tennis with instruction, screened lanai overlooking lake, custom made plantation shutters for the windows, cathedral ceilings, washer and dryer, garage and wireless internet access. Just bring your suitcase!
It’s two miles to Delnor-Wiggins Beach State Park (considered to be in top 10 most beautiful beaches in USA). It’s within minutes of world class dining, shopping and some of the best golfing in the USA. Our place is eleven years old, approximately 1450 square feet, quite nice.

Year Purchased: 2004
We purchased our property in November 2004 with the hope that our parents would use it. Now, with all their doctor appointments, they travel to Naples when we do which is often in the off season when it fits with our kids schedule. We love our newly renovated (Jan 2009) Naples home and hope to rent it to those who will take care of it as we do. We enjoy all that Naples has to offer including events at the Philharmonic, panoramic views of beaches and the Gulf of Mexico, fabulous dining, more golf courses than any other city in the US and upscale shopping and dining. We've taken trips to the Keys for the day on a boat that leaves from the Naples docs. We're 20 minutes from the Everglades for airboat rides and enjoying wildlife. Two miles from our place is the world famous Delnor Wiggins Beach State Park with ranger lead kayak tours, nature walks, picnic areas that are equipped with grills and restroom facilitits. Naples is in many ways a small town with all the ammenities expected in a large metropolitan area.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Some of the unique benefits of staying at our condo in Naples is that it is located in North Naples in a great location within walking distance to shopping. We often ride our bikes to the beach. Our place is newly renovated, January 2009, and is, quite frankly, nicer than our Ann Arbor home. Our place is located in a safe and quiet guard gated golf community. It's first class ammenties and proximitry to all that Naples has to offer is its best selling point. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!
