Villa Mi Tesoro, (My Treasure) is a newly renovated and decorated villa completed in 2006 which is situated within the Playacar complex on the 13th tee of a championship golf course designed by Robert van Hagge. The property includes a shared tennis court, large pool and a palapa style club house. A newly restored tennis court is awaiting your use. Only a 5 minute walk will take you through Mayan ruins to the quiet public beach or to the town of Playa del Carmen and 5th avenue. The world famous 5th avenue is home to numerous restaurants,nightclubs,open air bars and fabulous shopping areas. Within 5 minutes of the villa just one block off of 5th the ferry to Cozumel leaves continuously all day long for those interested in the fantastic reef diving in the warm crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.
Guests can enjoy the all inclusive privileges for a fee of $45.00 at the Reef Club Hotel which is a short walking distance from the Villa. This includes use of small gym, pool, beach chairs, towels, all inclusive meals and drinks.
"Villa Mi Tesoro" is tastefully furnished with contemporary furniture including leather furniture and boasts original Mexican Artwork from various Mexican artists. The dining room which includes a bar filled with local Mexican blown glassware and a soul soothing water fountain from Mexico City.
Relax on the adjoining tiled patio which includes a beautiful view of the 12th fairway and green of the golf course. The patio includes an outdoor table set for 6 people, 2 lounge chairs and a gas BBQ for preparing snacks or meals.
The main floor has newly installed Mexican red tile and the kitchen counters have been replaced with top quality granite. Kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances including microwave, blender (for Margarita's), toaster oven etc. There is also a complete laundry room with new Whirlpool washer and dryer.
Living room has a new 30 inch TV with DVD and Sky satellite TV system. There is also a cd stereo system.
The 3 bedrooms are spacious which each have their own bathroom.
Maid service is provided every second day and fresh bottles water is included.
An American property manager and her team will make sure that you will be left to enjoy you vacation.
