This beachfront ocean villa situated at Las Mañanitas is luxurious and spacious. Featuring customized interior, our villa's furnishings and decorations have been carefully chosen and are updated regularly. Enjoy satellite TV, full air-conditioning, top of the line appliances, FREE wireless Internet access, FREE phone calls to U.S. & Canada via an Internet phone, private water treatment system, and all other amenities you would expect in a luxury condo.
Our ground floor, 2,275 sq/ft condo features three bedrooms and three bathrooms including two master suites with private bathrooms. The sleeping accommodations include two King beds (one in each master suite) and two single beds in the third bedroom.
A huge covered patio area with walkout direct access to the beach and swimming pool areas is extremely convenient and one of the best features.
After staying in our condo you may find you enjoy it so much that you buy your own condo there... several of our renters have done just that.

Just WOW! Our group had 2 couples with 2 kids per couple (8 total) and this place was still spacious enough to allow everyone to have their own space. Everything we needed was just a few steps out of the doors. Pool, jacuzzi, grill, lounge chairs, etc. And then it was just another 50 yards to warm water, clean sand and a huge quiet beach. The ground floor location of this unit makes it perfect for vacationers with kiddos who can simply walk directly to the pool/beach with their toys while still offer great early morning sunrise views over the ocean. There were a couple of beach front restaurants within walking distance down the beach. The Mega (a large super market with endless selection) was a short walk away too. There was a local park in case the kids get bored with 3 different pool complexes and playing on the beach. The adults have plenty of options too. The complex has hammocks, putting green, plenty of shaded seating and like new exercise center. There were a couple nice restaurants nearby and a $5 taxi ride would take all 8 of us into down town Del Cabo for more variety when we needed. The whole complex is clean. Security is helpful and always around but we never felt unsafe and never saw anything suspicious. Absolutely no complaints from anyone and we would all recommend this place to anyone and everyone.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

My husband and I have stayed at this condo several times over the years and intend to return yet again. The condo is in a great location and you can walk to town easily (or take a bus). We have come to like the slower pace of San Jose better than Cabo though we sometimes take the public bus there (for just a few pesos). I recommend Las Mananitas highly. The photos do tell the true story of the condo -- spacious, confortable and well equipped and has all the comforts of home. A large supermarket is located up the street so if you don't want to eat out all the time, you don't have too. We look forward to our annual visit!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

I've stayed at several condo complexes in San Jose del Cabo over the last 6 years and I must say that Las Mananitas is the perfect blend of luxury and location. This unit is as nice as the photos, the grounds and pool are immaculate. Two years ago my family was invited to a destination wedding at a very nice hotel in Cabo San Lucas. We had such a great time we wanted to go again, but this time we wanted a condo and this unit comfortably accommodated the six of us. An easy walk to the Mega Mart, which is an extremely clean well stocked Wal Mart like grocery store. The quality of the food is excellent and the personnel are very helpful. My wife and I enjoyed a beach walk every morning. Our kids and their spouses were in the gym 4 of the 6 days we were there. We had a short taxi ride to La Playita for a day of deep sea fishing. Took two day trips to Cabo San Lucas for some shopping and whale watching. But most of our time was spent by the pool enjoying our Drink of the Day then sitting back for some relaxing family time playing games and watching a little TV. We loved having our own well stocked kitchen and used the grills by the pool three nights. This is an extremely comfortable unit and probably the best place I've seen for three couples to share. My wife and I were talking about a return trip before we left. We talked about it being a great place to come with some friends and their two kids. And our kids are asking if we can do this again next year. I can't wait to go back. Thanks Again! San Jose del Cabo is MUCH preferred over Cabo San Lucas. Cabo San Lucas is a short taxi/bus ride away so you can go visit the craziness when you want to, but you have the beautiful quiet & privacy of San Jose del Cabo to come back to. There is no doubt where you would want to own a condo.
