All rooms face out to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico with lanai access and are beautifully decorated in Florida colors and themes. Enjoy creating eat-in meals in our completely remodeled kitchen with all new appliances and complete with breakfast bar and complete dining area. Master Bedroom has a king size bed. Guest bedroom has twin adjustable beds. There is a full queen-size hide-a-bed sofa in the spacious living room to accommodate up to six guests comfortably. Enjoy cable TV in all rooms. Pets are NOT allowed, Smoking on lanai only.

Why the Owner Chose Crystal Sands
We had been vacationing in Sarasota with my brother and his wife for several years and really enjoyed everything about Sarasota and Siesta Key. When we had the available funds to purchase a vacation home we headed directly to Siesta Key and were very fortunate to find one of the best condos in a perfect location to enjoy everything Siesta Key has to offer. This is our second home, although we also live full time in Sarasota across town and someday we hope to retire full time into our beautiful condo at Crystal Sands on Siesta Key FL.
