Beautiful 2.5 bedroom, 2 bath split level in Private Mountain Duplex Home with new Tiger River Spa HOT TUB and Wood Burning Fireplace. Sectional Couch Queen Sleeper, day bed in half bedroom which is a small room between the master bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. Huge Kitchen with dishwasher, new dishes, flatware, pots & pans, new carpet. Seperate Vanity Area from bathroom, large closets, heated driveway, 7 minute walk to shuttle bus, parking for 1 car.
There is a beautiful hike along the river that offers panoramic views of the valley. Very fun sled hill for the kids within a 5 minute walk to the park. There are 3 exits off I-70, West Vail, is not ski in, ski out, if that is what you require we recommend you stay in the Village or Lions Head. If you are a smoker please do not inquire. No smoking on the premises.
