50% of rental fee due when reservation is made,
balance due 60 days prior to rental date.
50% cancellation fee applied upon booking.
75% cancellation fee applied within 60 days of Arrival Date.
100% cancellation fee applied within 30 days of Arrival Date.
Security deposit of $1,500 and cleaning fee of $250.
Plus City taxes of 10% added to rental.
