Walk in and feel right at home in this wonderful, upscale townhome in beautiful Gulf Place. Step out your back door to the large lagoon pool or tennis facility. Family room, dining room and kitchen are located on the first floor.
A screened porch for those summer evenings is located off the family room and overlooks the large lagoon pool (one of three pools in the complex). Two bedrooms upstairs with master suite, master bath, private deck and large walk in closet. Second bedroom room has large bath, closet, and queen-size bed. Large roll out sofa is very comfortable for additional sleeping space.
The home is professionally decorated with overstuffed sofas and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for those family meals.
Within the lovely Gulf Place community, you can visit the boutique shops, dine at the restaurants or relax at Miss Lucille’s Internet Cafe. There are also walking and biking trails, shuffle board, concerts on the green every weekend and three deeded beach accesses.
Come relax and never have to move your car. However you may want to visit the largest outlet mall in the USA only six miles west. Baytowne Wharf is only five miles away - and Destin ten miles west. There is so much to do and we look forward to having you stay with us.

Great place with beach access right across the street. Pool and the amenities were great for the kids. Shops and restaurants within waling distance. The town home was very clean and better than expected. Will visit again very soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

What a nice home and fun place! Our children are young so this was a great place to be; it was safe, clean and tons of amenities. The unit is nicely decorated and in a superior location. Short walk to the beach and lovely pool just out the back door. Couldn't have asked for a better place!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Recently stayed at the townhome, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful experience!!!! Great location, short walk to the beach, cute shops and places to grab a quick bite. The townhome felt like home, nice family feel and touches throughout the place in terms of decorations, pictures, etc. The photos do not give true indication of how wownderful the place is. Great places to eat-was a huge fan of the "All you can eat crab legs" I will certainly return and stay longer. Highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Gulf Place is the ideal place for families and friends. With 3 pools, tennis courts, shops and so much to do without leaving the complex makes Gulf Place a joy. The beach is only steps away and you will never miss a sunset. The Outlet Mall is only 3 miles and Destin Commons (large shopping center) is only 5 miles away. You can visit Destin Harbor, rent a boat or just enjoy the shopping in Destin. 30-A is know for some of the best resturants in the area, dinning is always a treat as most places have nightly music and entertainment. There is a bike trail that extends the entire 18 miles of 30-A and you will always finds biker and walkers along the trails. 30-A is an experience and we look forward to having you experience the many aspects of our area.
