This is the condo that you want for your Colorado vacation. This beautifully decorated one bedroom, one bath condo is ideally located in Buffalo Lodge. You can enjoy village and mountain views from the balcony. The owner recently replaced the living room furniture, so you can enjoy a good night's sleep on the new, queen sized sleeper sofa if you have a group of 4 people. The bedroom features a queen sized bed, and TV with VHS player. After an active day, you can sit and enjoy the gas fireplace and a movie on the TV with DVD player in the living room. The full kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook a meal away from home. The owner has thought of all of the little extras for you including a crockpot, blender, and plastic cups, bowls, and plates for the kids. If you are traveling with young children, there is a pack-n-play in the condo for you to use. The condo is also more child friendly with outlet covers throughout the condo.

VIEWS **** (4 Stars) From the windows in the living room and bedroom, you can see views of River Run Village. From the balcony, you can enjoy the festivals and other events held in River Run Village as well as views of the ski slopes in the distance.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES ***** (5 Stars) A short walk (150 yards) allows for easy access to the new, high-speed, 8 person gondola. You are also steps from restaurants, shops, ski rental facilities, and a small grocery store.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES BUILDING ****(4 Stars) Buffalo Lodge was completed in the late 90’s and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort. This means there is less congestion in the building during busy times and all units are a short walk from the elevator. There are two high speed elevators that service only 90 units. Enjoy no hassle parking in the heated parking garage under the building. Laundry facilities are located on both the first and fifth floor. After a day of activities, come back to the exclusive BUFFALO CLUB located on the ground floor of Buffalo Lodge and enjoy the hot tubs, pool tables, or enjoy a good book in one of several sitting areas. Our guests also have exclusive access to the heated swimming pool and sauna at the adjoining Dakota Lodge.
GUEST SERVICES: This unit is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. We are the most guest oriented and down to earth company in the area. It is our goal for you to have a worry free stay and enable you to interact with caring and competent people who want your vacation to be all it can be. Special services that we offer include fast check-in service, flexible check-in and out times, a generous amount of towels during your stay, trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dish washing detergent and liquid, sponge for washing dishes, trial sized soap and shampoo. Additionally, we are constantly looking for discounts and great deals for vacationers. We provide our guests extensive information about the area, great places to eat, discounts on equipment rentals, and other information that we believe will help make your stay most enjoyable. In the unlikely event of a problem, we offer 24 hour maintenance service and lockout service. Buffalo Lodge is in the heart of River Run Village, so you are just steps from shopping, restaurants, ski rentals, miniature golf, and the playground. The free Summit Stage picks up in front of Buffalo Lodge, which will take you to Breckenridge, Frisco, and Silverthorne.

This was the perfect place for a memorable ski weekend. We loved that we had the whole village to explore and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We had a really great stay!

Skiing was AMAZING!! This was my first ski vacation ever and this was the place to do it at. Being so close to the gondola was amazing and I loved the room. I’m definitely going to try and get back here next year!

What a view! This condo was the perfect place for my wife and me. The view right into the village really reminds you how special keystone is. This place is right in the middle of everything, so no matter what we wanted to do it was right outside our door. I would highly recommend this one!
