Enjoy your vacation retreat at an incredible Nevada City Estate. Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience at the end of prestigious Cement Hill Road, just three miles from downtown Nevada City.

This home is custom tri-level with the master bedroom, and unbelievable master bathroom that has a shower with body jet sprays and a walk-in closet. There is also one spare room on the main level with a queen-size bed. In addition, on the main floor you will enjoy a gourmet kitchen, living room with 42-inch HDTV with surround sound, a beautiful dining room, and a sitting/bar area room that has its own balcony. This level has one of two washer and dryer machines, a gas fireplace, and one more full bathroom.

Downstairs you will find two more bedrooms with a twin bed in each, a full bathroom, the second set of washer and dryers, and a 52-inch big screen TV, pinball machine, and foosball table.

On the top level there is a very comfortable queen-size Murphy bed with another full bath, exercise room, and a den. There is also an Aero bed that can be used in the upstairs den for additional sleeping if needed. The upper level also enjoys its own private entrance in addition to access from the main floor.

The backyard is beautifully landscaped with a lawn, some fruit trees, lots of plants that provide great privacy, and an incredible swimming pool with basketball hoop. The pool has a shear decent waterfall and at night you can enjoy the fiber optic colored lighting that outlines the pool. There is full decking all the way around the pool with concrete around most of it and a fantastic iron wood deck on one side.

This is truly a magnificent estate that would be perfect for any vacation or retreat get away, very private yet close to town. The views stretch as far as the coastal range on a clear day. You can see the Sutter Buttes in far off Yuba City/Marysville area and wonderful mountain ranges. Spectacular sunsets year round.
