During the summer and fall the water at Table Rock Lake is warm and great for water sports. You can watch the water skiers from the screened balcony or covered patio... Home has two living areas: a complete one bedroom apartment in the walkout basement. This bright and cheerful apartment has a full kitchen, living and dining area and master suite, lots of windows and a fabulous lake view and opens out to a wrap around covered patio. The main floor has another master suite and an additional bedroom, plus a sitting room/library. Master Suite and Great Room open out onto a screeneed deck that overlooks the lake. Lots of glass provide fabulous views from every room. A wide, easy path takes you down to the water to fish or swim. Public launch is nearby (you can see it from the deck). A great place for you and the In-Laws or another couple. Complete privacy for both. Cape Fair is known as the Bass capital of Missouri - if you like to fish, this is the place for you. Water sports are also great on this part of the lake because the water is smooth and calm. It is very close to the Branson theaters, shopping and Silver Dollar City.
