We offer an alternative to hotels in a variety of flats and apartments. We are not a dealer neither an agent, we manage less quantity of apartments, which we own and care as our own home.
This four-star apartment, right in the heart of the old and historic center of Barcelona (Eixample), is ideal if you are going for a full immersion of Spanish, Catalan culture. The famous Sagrada Familia and bull fighting arena Monumental are both in the same neighborhood (just next door). Not only well located for arts and culture, but also in the gastronomically point of view it is well situated. There is a varied choice in restaurants and tea houses where you find our irresistible Catalan flavour and Gastronomy.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, one kitchen, one living room with a sofa bed and a balcony. There is a elevator in the building, accessing all floors
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make your own home-cooked meals, including a microwave, coffee-maker, heaters and refrigerator, toaster, complete set of cookery utensils, and pots and pans. TV in living room and master bedroom, Hair dryer, iron and ironing table at your disposal. Beds are made up before arrival. Extra towels are available on request free of charge.
The apartment has its own private entrance.
By the way the beach is just at five minutes by taxi or metro.
