Situated in the lovely Brookstone Condo complex, the location is ideal all year round. It's less than one mile to beautiful Lake Tahoe. There's a beach with picnic area, recreation center, pool and hot tub (seasonal & fee area). Equally as close to the Golf course, tennis, skate park, and baseball field. Diamond Peak ski resort is less than three miles away for all your winter activities. Walk to restaurants and shopping. Movies and bowling are also close by. For those who like the night life, it's just a few miles to the stateline and the casinos.
