Le Club Mougins is located at the foot of the mediaeval hill-village of Mougins, just a ten minute drive from the internationally-famous beaches of Cannes (shuttle bus available) and only 25 minutes from Nice airport. Its lush landscaped gardens within gated grounds offer complete security with on-site parking.
The apartment comprises a large lounge with kitchen and dining area, two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The lounge sofa converts to a small double bed for one adult or two children.
Within the grounds you will find the outdoor pool and grassed sun terrace, sauna, small gymnasium, tennis court and boules park. The resort also has its own bar and full-service restaurant. A steep walk (or drive if you must!) up to the village will reveal the 12th century Saracen Gate, bougainvillaea and Jasmine tumbling over narrow streets and alleys between ancient buildings, many now housing exclusive galleries and top-class restaurants.
Celebrities such as Yves St Laurent and Catherine Deneuve have lived here in the past: Picasso has had a connection with Mougins since 1935, living in the village from 1961 till his death in 1973.
A 15 minute drive inland will bring you to Grasse, the perfume capital of the world, or take the autoroute (or train from Cannes) to visit Antibes, Nice or Monte Carlo.
In Cannes the Croisette, at almost 2 miles long, is one of the most famous promenades in the world. The Suquet, or old town, overlooks this as well as the marina and the fabulous beaches. Warning! Cannes offers world-class shopping in the Rue d'Antibes and Rue Maynadier!

We live in Southern England with our two dogs and travel to France a lot. We particularly enjoy the ambience and sunshine of the French Riviera and have stayed at this timeshare property a number of times.
