John & Linda “Seachase Stay” Albany Georgia (The Good Life City) We needed a last minute short get-a-way vacation. Thanks to Jean, we had a wonderful stay at Seachase. Jean was very people friendly. The view of the gulf was spectacular! She provided great directions and accommodations regarding our needs. Everything was clean, the carpet was vacuum, and the climate was just right. As we entered the their property, the view was totally pristine. The information on VRBO web site regarding the property goes with question. The photos were accurate and they totally reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. We look forward to returning as soon as we have another break. Without a doubt, Seachase is the place to retreat when you really want to a vacation TREAT! We would recommend this property to our friends and relatives. Jean was a powerful resource in helping with our stay at Seachase. She provide detailed info regarding activities, local information, restaurants, and shopping. Seachase is the place!

Once again, Seachase is the place for us. This is the second time we have stayed in this condo, and I am booking a return trip tonight for arrival in May. The condo is clean, quiet and the owner is excellent to work with. Jean wants you to be happy, and will accomodate your needs. The location is great. Winn-Dixie just down the street (if your of a mind you could walk...I drive : ), restaurants, shopping at Pier Park - all within an quick drive. The "Guide Book" binder the owners have prepared covers all the entertainment, restaurants, activities etc. The condo set-up, with bedrooms on opposite ends and the living/dining/kitchen (which includes Wi-Fi) in the middle is perfect for 2 couples or families. Both bedrooms have their own TV, cable box and DVD player. The living room now has a flat screen TV ( not shown in picture on homeaway listing). My niece and her family, which includes a 6 and 2.5 year old, will be staying with us for the second time in May, and this works for everyone. After a day at the beach, we come in and everyone goes left or right to their room and enjoy a little quiet time. The view is amazing, with the wall of glass throughout the condo. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors, so you can hear the surf at night and let it lull you to sleep. When we rented this condo in May 2010, the first morning my 25 yr old niece was yelling for everyone to get up, the dolphins were swimming by!! We have made, and will continue to make, wonderful memories at this condo. Thanks Jean, and we look forward to the May visit.

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean and very well stocked! Couldn't of asked for anthing more! The beach was great and a wonderful pool area as well! Close to everything fun...yet very quiet! Very easy way to rent!

Spring Break with 4 teenagers!!!!!!!!!

This condo was wonderful!!! It was well represented by the pictures and the information. Bob and Jean were great to work with, and it was a very special touch for them to call and check on us. The view was gorgeous and the weather this week was perfect. My favorite part was the layout of the condo. We had 4 teen girls with us who could sit up, listen to music, and giggle all night and I could still sleep at the other end of the condo. The beach chairs already set up was also a plus, we used them every single day!!!!! Thank you so much Bob and Jean, if we ever return to PCB we will for sure be calling you. Panama City Beach Condo

This condo was everything it said it was and more. It was large and the view was amazing throughout the condo. The location on the beach was perfect for us, not very crowded (my favorite part). The condo was spacious for our family and the 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom were perfect for our 4 teenagers. We loved the beach set up and loved sitting out on the balcony everyday enjoying the view. Jean was so nice and excellent to work with. The condo was very clean and plenty of linens. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We had a great vacation here and will definately be back. Thank you Jean for sharing your lovely condo with us.

Amazing Condo!

This condo far excedded my expectations. It was large, clean, and the view was amazing! It came with so many amenities and the beach chairs were great. We stayed here with another couple and loved how the bedrooms were on opposite ends on the condo. Everyone had their own space and it was very quiet when my kids needed to take their afternoon naps. We traveled with a 19 month old and were so thrilled to have a highchair and a crib, it made things much easier. The owner was very nice and prompt when answering emails. I would highly recommend this condo and really hope to return here next year.

Wonderful Condo

We stayed in the Seachase Condo and loved it! From the moment we walked in we were wowed by the view, the layout of the condo, the furnishings, etc. It's perfect for families or just couples, its just great! This condo is right on the beach with an awesome view from the balcony. It's very clean and the accommodations were very nice - all the comforts of home and the beach just steps away! It is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and Winn-Dixie is up the street. We highly recommend this condo for your next vacation plans.

Incredible location and view

We stayed in the Seachase Condo May 8-15th and had a wonderful time. This condo is right on the pristine white beach, with an awesome view from the balcony. The condo was clean, organized and had all the amenities we needed for 2 families, one of which had a 4 yr old and a 5 month old. The portable crib and high chair were definitely put to use. The bedrooms, which are set up like "room mates" on opposite ends of the condo are separated by the living/dining room/kitchen, which made for privacy and a handy "retreat" from each other at the end of the day, or when the baby was up at 6am. The Pier Park is a short drive, Winn Dixie is a short walk/drive - everything you need is there with easy access to/from the condo.Thank you for sharing your home with us, and we look forward to renting from you again. P.s. Joey's on the Beach is just up the street from the condo - great HUGE pizza and calzones, great service, more than reasonable prices and casual ambience.

This unit is absolutely wonderful! The kitchen is well stocked with necessary utensils and baths have plenty of nice fluffy towels. The entire unit is very spacious and extremely CLEAN!! Highly recommend!! I can't wait to return!!

I believe this is nicest condo that we have ever stayed in. The view is absolutely beautiful and the condo was beautiful as well. The pictures on the website does not do the condo justice. We just returned from the most marvelous trip ever! We stayed at this "walls of glass: Gulf front condo" and it was amazing. It was spotless; the appliances were new, and we could not ask for more. Ceiling to floor full-glass sliding glass windows on the sixth floor displayed a breath-taking view of the Gulf with "powder-sugar" white sand beach from every room. It is the best place we have rented in Florida. We cannot wait to return. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The elevator was always available. The condo even had a washer and dryer inside the condo. The owner was extremely helpful. The Boars Head restaurant located on Beachfront Road was fabulous (flounder and steaks). Also, for a lot of casual fun, we enjoyed Pineapple Willy's -- great fish! We already recommended this vacation rental to our neighbors and families. We gave it a 5 star (highest rating). One of the nicest places we've ever stayed...everything we could possibly have needed was furnished. The condo was huge, really clean; the views and beach were beautiful! The owner was the most caring we have ever dealt with and very helpful with directions and getting rental set up. She even called during the week to check on us and be sure things were okay. We'll definitely be going back to her condo again! We had a great week in a great place!

My husband and I stayed the month of January and cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this place is. We have been vacationing in PCB for years now and this is the best we have ever seen. Clean, big, clean, beautiful and did I mention clean? Mrs Candido could not have been anymore helpful or friendly. She even checked up on us to see if all was ok and if there was anything we needed. We spent the second week of June in this fantastic unit with our Daughter and family, and had lots of space for all seven of us!! It was nice to have bedrooms on either side of the main room. The view is great, the beach fantastic. I just can't say enough great things about the place. The owner called the second day to see if things were O.K., which was very thoughtful!! We have stayed many times at P.C.B but this place is the best!!

My wife and I were beautifully surprised at the wonderful condo and location. The condo unit was very clean, spacious and refreshing and the beach view was breathtaking. This section of the beach was not crowded so the that made is much nicer than the adjoining properties. We would hihgly recommend the unit and would love to come back soon.

The unit was extremely comfortable and well prepared for our arrival. The beach was wonderful and not crowded as other areas were. The convienent location put is within minutes of great dining, shopping, and entertainment areas. The deck and pool area was a magnificent way to spend an afternoon. If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy Panama City Beach with your family, this is a great place to stay.

We visited in mid-January, and found the condo to be very comfortable and restful. The beach is not crowded at all, and we slept very well, after a beautiful sunset (the view is magnificent!). This is a great place, and we plan to go back soon!
