Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley Ski resorts a short drive away. Property backs onto Blackwood forest; a snow park for snow shoeing, cross country skiing or snow mobiling. Enjoy the large hot tub under the stars. There is even a great private sledding hill in the neighborhood. In the summer months, walk to a shared pier. 3 car maximum winter parking.
