* Enjoying a week or more in a beautifully restored 1917 craftsman house with original hardwood floors throughout and a panoramic view of the Columbia River and Mount Hood from all 18 south-facing windows.
* Sitting on the 40 foot wicker furnished front porch enjoying the panoramic view of snow covered Mount Hood, the Columbia River, and later the stars, moon, and lights of Hood River while sipping your complementary wine as you barbecue and dine.
* Awakening in the morning with fresh cut flowers from one of the five flower gardens, then walking one block to pick up your complementary newspaper and warm muffins from the local bakery.
* Being five to fifteen minutes from the best sailing in the Gorge: The Hatchery, Swell City, and Doug's Beach.
* Being within five minute walking distance of Thriftway Grocery Store, tennis courts, a swimming pool, the library, and trails.
* Walking to 15 art galleries that were recently written about in the New York Times, and all of them within four blocks... And realizing you receive discounts in several of them... As well as discounts on whitewater rafting and a professional massage.

Option One: Three bedrooms, two baths, and two complete kitchens - sleeps six to eight. Top level features two bedrooms and one bath. The master bedroom has a lodge pole queen bed. The second also has a queen bed.
The mid-level with restored hardwood floors throughout the living and dining rooms, fireplace with woodburning stove, antique wooden skis, keyboard piano, CD and duel cassette player, and many plants serves as a great social area with a fully-equipped modern kitchen.
The lower level is one large studio apartment accessed by a private entrance or from the kitchen. It includes a:
Queen-size bed and futon couch which opens into another queen-size bed [bedding provided].
Complete kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster oven.
Complete bathroom with tub and heater.
Electric fireplace/heater - New carpeting and flooring - CD and duel cassette player.
Off street parking - Drying and secure storage area for your equipment - Use of laundry room.
Pets are negotiable, smoking is not.
Option Two: Two bedrooms on upper levels - sleeps four.
Same as Option One without the lower level apartment.
Option Three: Studio apartment - sleeps two to four.
The lower level is a new private area that sleeps up to four with a queen bed and queen futon. Perfect for couple or small family. The kitchen is complete with full-size appliances and everything you will need to cook and eat.
