Property description

Millendreath is a superb two bedroomed, ground floor luxury apartment with uninterrupted sea and coastal views from the living/dining area, master double bedroom and the two patio balconies. Situated in Hannafore just a few hundred yards from the beach and promenade it's an ideal base to explore the stunning Cornish Coast and countryside the area is renowned for. You can enjoy the amenities of West Looe located just a 5 minute walk away, and soak up the atmosphere of this bustling working Cornish harbour. Hannafore offers its own pub and restaurants with the closest just a minute on foot. There is a larger choice of pubs, restaurants and shops in West and East Looe and all can be accessed comfortably on foot, and the onsite parking means touring Cornwall and its many places of interest is convenient too and if you enjoy coastal walks the South West Coastal Path can be joined directly on foot from the apartment. Please note the car park is located at the rear of the property and is accessed by 50 steps. You can offload luggage and passengers and avoid the steps and access the building from the front by way of a sloping pavement approx. 60 yards from the drop off point. Alternative free on-street parking is available with the same front access approx. 2- 5 minute walk away (this can also be used if you have more than one vehicle in your party).

Millendreath enjoys a superb location overlooking Banjo Pier and East Looe beach and the Looe river.


Views from the balconies
The sea and coastal views are simply stunning.... wake up to a super sunrise over Rame Head!! These views can be enjoyed from both the balcony off the lounge and off the master double bedroom.


Living Area
The lounge area is equipped with TV with DVD and surround sound and leather sofas. The dining table is located to make the most of the stunning sea and coastal views from the full height sliding glass doors, which open on to the patio balcony area where the views extend inland right down Looe River and seawards to Rame Head.

Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with oven/hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and all the utensils you need to self cater with ease. There is a breakfast bar, a dining table and chairs for 4 guests by the patio window and on the balcony itself off the lounge is a patio table and chairs for 4 guests.

Double Bedroom
The double bedroom boasts a super-king sized bed and benefits from a large patio balcony with full height glass doors which you can open to the width of the room. It also features an en-suite shower room with walk in shower cubicle, toilet, hand wash basin and heated towel rail. Towels are provided.

En-suite Shower Room (to double room)
The en-suite shower room services the master double bedroom and features a large walk in shower cubicle, hand wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Towels are provided for your stay. The cupboard in the shower room houses the laundry facilities.

Twin Bedroom
The twin bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and it is provides plenty of storage for your stay. Heating throughout the apartment is by gas central heating to radiators.

En-suite Bathroom (to twin bedroom)
The luxury bathroom has a shaped bath with shower over and shaped shower screen making it ideal for bath and shower lovers. There is a toilet, hand wash basin and heated towel rail. Central heating ensures your comfort whatever the season and towels are provided.
