This beautiful house on a corner lot is located in the very charming Travis Heights neighborhood of Austin, just 10 minutes from downtown. It is two minutes from I-35, and 15 minutes from Bergstrom International Airport.

The inspired decor is eclectic, comfortable, and simple. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a private side garden. The master bath features two sinks, a large shower, and a whirlpool tub. Two additional bedrooms feature comfortable Queen size beds and large windows. The spacious kitchen with its adjacent dining area never feels crowded and is perfect for dinner parties. The private backyard with its large deck is a wonderful place to relax in the evenings under 100 year old Pecan trees.

Award winning restaurants and excellent shopping are just three minutes away on hip South Congress Ave. (SoCo). Downtown is only ten minutes away, where shopping, nightlife and cultural events await!

The beds are amazing - you sink right into them - and the rest of the house is gorgeous and user friendly. As an added bonus, Gerardo was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely go back.   • This is an amazing home. The pictures do not do the house justice. Gerardo provides everything you need for a confortable stay. The beds are gloriously confortable and the house oozes with austin charm with its great posters and books. My family trip was awesome and this house had everything to do with that.   • We enjoyed our Austin stay very much in this home. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I have ever been in, and the master bath was wonderful. The neighborhood is eclectic and we had lots of great walks. Wonderful restaurants are a short drive and/or walk nearby.
