This spacious (78m2/ 840 sq ft) two bedroom apartment is very well located and sleeps up to five people in beds. The apartment features high ceilings, original wood floors (NOT laminate imitation wood flooring) and a lot of natural light. Despite its central location on a main avenue - Avenida Cordoba - it's very quiet and private as it's at the back of the building. The nearest buildings to the living area are almost a whole city block away.

The apartment is well located for all forms of transport, as well as exploring the city on foot: it's within 3/4 blocks of two line D subway stations (Callao and Tribunales), with an additional line B station (Uruguay) just four blocks away. Taxis pass in front of the apartment at all hours of the day and night. It's also walking distance to Recoleta Cemetery and Village (9 blocks), Avenida Santa Fe (3 blocks), Calle Corrientes (4 blocks) and Avenida 9 de Julio (3 blocks).
