Holman Hangout - Grayton Beach Rental Holman Hangout is located in the heart of Old Grayton and is one of Grayton's historic beach cottages. This rustic beach cottage, with eclectic decor, has all the modern conveniences, but still retains the "old beach cottage" style. It was built in the 1940's and is large and spacious. Perfect for families or reunions. Down stairs there are two king bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, dining, and living room combination. Upstairs there is a master suite with a sitting area and view of the lake. Queen bedroom, full bedroom and a bunk room for the kids. It is located on Western Lake. There is saltwater and fresh water fishing in the lake (brackish water). The kids will enjoy catching blue crabs. The cottage is only a short walking distance (200 yds) the beach, local resturants (the famous Red Bar Resturant) and unique shops. Three outside showers are great for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach. Afterwards relax on the large spacious screened porch with it's gorgeous view of the lake and sugar white sand dunes. This is an exceptional beach cottage with lots of character. You will find it hard to leave when it's time to go home. Grayton Beach is minutes from Seaside and Destin.
