Relax and enjoy our lovely oceanfront home with private boardwalk to the perfect beach. Ten-foot ceilings throughout make the house bright and airy and the open plan kitchen/dining room/living room is perfect for families.
Fully equipped kitchen with new refrigerator and dishwasher and breakfast bar, overlooking spacious and bright living area with new sofa and loveseat, facing the ocean. Dining table can comfortably accommodate eight people.
Satellie TV newly installed - watch movies on a rainy day - keep up with your home team in sports. Fast access internet newly installed also.
Master bedroom has king-size bed, and bathroom en suite with shower. A queen bed is in the second bedroom, and third bedroom has two twin beds, and they share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
New carpeting in all bedrooms and hallway.
Lovely outside deck with table and chairs is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and evening happy hour. An added benefit to renting our home - a large two-car garage to protect your cars from the salt air.
Beach chairs and charcoal barbeque are provided.
We are well situated on South Fletcher within walking distance to several restaurants and just a few minutes' drive to the historic downtown area with wonderful shops and restaurants.

The house is definitely bright and airy. Nice beach chairs were provided to take to the beach. The deck has very comfortable furniture. Would definitely recommend this to any of my friends
