The Condo is located on the second floor in Building one on the end that is the closest to the beach.
This large three bedroom, two bath Condo has a master bedroom with king-size bed, television and adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, television and adjoining bath. The third bedroom is a separate room with bunk beds and shares a bath across the hall with the second bedroom.
The kitchen is fully loaded with bar/bar stools and the family/dining room combination has a table that seats six, sofa that pulls out for additional bed, loveseat, occasional chairs and TV cabinet with VCR/DVD. There is a stackable washer and dryer and large closet to store supplies and groceries.
Sliding glass doors lead to the porch from the family room and the master bedroom. The balcony porch has furniture and nice view of the gulf water and beach.
Beach Service/Setup with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella is included in the rental fee for the Spring and Summer season.
