Paityn's Place is located in one of Peoria's upscale communities - Westwing Mountain. Nestled between Sunrise Mountain and Westwing Mountain, you feel as though you are in the middle of nowhere, when in fact you are only minutes from everything!
From Egyptian cotton sheets to the his/her Master spa robes, this 2626 square feet, five bedroom, three full bath, three car garage Tuscan inspired home offers all the conveniences of a luxury resort... and more. From hard wood floors, Granite Slab Counters, stainless steel appliances to the 42" High Definition Television and wireless high-speed internet access (bring your laptop). This home feels warm and new furniture adornes every room. The kitchen offers more than you'll ever need and includes complementary coffee, tea, sugar and creamer.
Outside, you will find a custom Pebble Sheen and abalone sea shell pool with 3' powerfall water feature for relaxation, heated therapeutic spa, BBQ grill, fire pit and plenty of seating. Just bring your clothes and toiletries, and call it your home away from home!

The various sports complexes are all located within 15-25 minutes from here. There is also plenty of shopping, restaurants and other entertainment located within just minutes. The community features several parks with basketball/volleyball and play structures for little ones. You can also walk through the community trails and sidewalks to take in the beautiful views and our famous Arizona sunset.
A crib/playpen, bassinette and swing are on the premises at no extra charge. Please let us know what your needs are.
There are 4 fully furnished bedrooms in the home which sleep 8. If you wish to sleep an additional four people. We also have 2 queen sized aerobeds (air-bed frame aerobed) that can be set up as well. (to see what this is: Google (air-bed frame). There is a fee of $15 per person per night fee that exceeds 8 people.
A note about the owners: Owning a vacation rental has been a dream of ours for a long time. My wife and I found this home by accident and we fell in love with it the minute we saw it. Our hope is that everyone else will love it too. We have invested a great deal to make it anything but an ordinary vacation rental. Our dream was to have a luxury rental where families could make speical memories, have fun and relax, and our goal is that everyone who stays here will leave, having done just that! We want to continue to improve this home and accomodate all our guests, so please let us know how we can make your stay here extra special!
