Casita Ortega is a wonderful place with all amenities in a location within walking distance to the center of Santa Fe and a major shopping center 1/2 mile away (Albertson's grocery, CVS pharmacy, movie theater, etc.). The kitchen and bathroom are just as pictured and the linens/towels are luxurious. The owners are very helpful and have provided unexpected niceties such as shampoo/conditioner and hand lotion. A great base for exploring Santa Fe!

It was a wonderful vacation. The location was great. We especially enjoyed living among city residents. The place was stocked with everything we needed. The management was responsive.

We loved our week-long stay at Casita Ortega! The house is beautiful, with manicured grounds and a truly authentic Santa Fe feel, from the tiled artwork in the kitchen to the furnishings and all the decorative objects. The courtyard surrounded by lavender is very welcoming and everything was sparkling clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Our family of 4 fit very comfortably, with the kids sharing the large sofa bed. We highly recommend the property!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at Casita Ortega for a month this summer. What a wonderful place! So close to everything. We walked to the Plaza. The house is done with such class. It is stocked with necessities, which saves a bunch of hassle. All the linens are top quality. These are little things, but they make a big difference when you are away from home. It was a pleasure from start to finish.

My family and I had the most amazing vacation of our lives staying in Casita Ortega! When we first approached it we were excited by how beautful it was on the outside, even with a little private sitting courtyard attached to it, and it was equally beautiful on the inside! We used the hot tub almost every night, and we were able to cook our own meals everyday, using the fully equipped kitchen! We even had a barrbecue a couple times! It was everything we ever could have hoped for (and more)! I hope to return to Santa Fe again soon (it is such an amazing city!), and if I do this would definietly be my first choice of accomadation!!
