I decided to not go with the ‘tired, 80's rattan furniture look’ where you have to worry about sitting down too hard ~ that you might fall through to the floor. Besides my condo being COMFORTABLE ~ it is first class all the way. We decided to go with an Island ambience with an Asian flare designer interior throughout. From furniture, linens, towels, etc. (EVERYTHING). You will love the comfort and class of this condo that you will end up spending more time in it that you would think. Remember ~ you are going on vacation TO RELAX!! I’m sure you will want to do some excursions too but you will be able to come HOME to ‘relaxation’. CLEAN ~ CLEAN ~ CLEAN!!! There is nothing that I dislike more than to hear that a guest has arrived to their condo and has to clean for a few hours to get the condo ‘up to standards’. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AT MY CONDO!! GUARANTEED!! For a 1 bedroom ~ this is a VERY LARGE 1 bedroom condo!! We just completed a custom made entertainment center w/ 2nd bed arrangement that will make it so much more comfortable to accommodate 4 people. My condo is a corner unit which means a larger unit and better views of the ocean / other islands, etc. WE HAVE A SANDY BEACH IN FRONT OF OUR CONDO!!! Roll out of bed and walk down, in front of your condo, to the sandy beach with your snorkel gear and swim with the turtles, and array of tropical fish!! BLISS!!!! HOT TUB!!! HOT TUB!!! HOT TUB!!! Many of the condo properties do not have hot tubs ~ well ours does!!! There is nothing better than soaking your sore muscles in our hot tub after surfing, snorkeling or swimming in the ocean right in front of your condo. Everything you need and want is RIGHT HERE!!! The SUNSETS FROM THIS CONDO ARE UNBELIEVABLE!!! “Picture Perfect” sunsets ~ so make sure you bring your camera.... We are so fortunate to have the view of Lanai and Molokai in the distance which makes your sunsets that much more beautiful!! THIS IS THE BEST SIDE WEST / SPOT ON MAUI!!! You have whales, turtles, dolphins, rays and an array of tropical fish to view (and some to swim with) right off your lanai (balcony) to enjoy!! BLISS!!! LAST BUT NOT LEAST ~ YOU HAVE THE BEST SEAT AT THE BEST RESTAURANT IN TOWN ~ YOU SITTING ON YOUR LARGE COMFORTABLE LANAI OR ON THE GRASSY AREA ON THE GROUNDS BARBEQUING & EATING THE ‘FRESH CATCH OF THE DAY’ Enjoying your dinner while ‘taking in’ the sounds of the ocean and the swaying palms around you ~ making you BE in paradise!!!. World class shopping, golf and restaurants are minutes away with Kaanapali and Kapalua at your finger tips! Home of the Mercedes Championship Golf Tournament.
