Built in 2007, Casa Mimosa is a three villa building, with each floor serving as a private home with 3b/3baths or 2b/3baths and a private terrace. The views from the terrace are splendid and unique, looking over the ocean, the forest created by the estuary and beautiful hills of Flamingo. Quiet and tranquil, a family or group of friends will have plenty of room and just enough privacy.

Just a short 1/2 block or 2 minute stroll to the incredible white sandy beach of Flamingo, Casa Mimosa is nestled on a gentle slope overlooking the the ocean and the verdant hills of Flamingo. Beautifully appointed with attention to the smallest details, this home promises to be the vacation spot to deliver peace, tranquility and privacy.

Two villas have 3 bedrooms/3 baths, and one has 2 bedrooms/3 baths. All have gourmet kitchens, great rooms, and verandas from which to enjoy the incredible view and sunsets. You will find views and privacy beyond description.

Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Casa Mimosa is tastefully furnished and fully equipped for your visit. This lovely property is tucked away on a private cul-de-sac above the south end of Flamingo Beach.

Casa Mimosa is a place to kick back and relax - whether it be cooking in the fully outfitted kitchen, lounging in the adjoining great room while catching up on the news, reading a good book on the terrace, or taking a quick dip in the pool.

Casa Mimosa is a brand new home. Each villa sleeps up to six people comfortably, and for larger groups, two or three villas can be rented together at a discounted rate.

The penthouse villa (2 bedrooms/3 baths)features a huge terrace fully furnished for gratious tropical living. Enjoy the ocean view, heavenly sunsets, majestic mountains, and the lush forest created by the eatuary. The forest looks like something out of Jurassik Park if you use a little imagination. The middle villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on suite, a great room with a large living/dinning room and gourmet kitchen. The views from this villa are similar to the penthouse with a lessor view of the ocean. For a closer look just email us.

The pool villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a comfortable great room with living/dinning room and a gourmet kitchen. Looking from the terrace you see the lush garden and continuing beyond the garden you are at tree top level to the estuary with the back drop of the mountains and the village of Flamingo. At sunset you can imagine the brontosauruses moving through this dense, lush forest. The pool villa offers a unique view of Flamingo. Additional photos are available upon request.

Casa Mimosa is special in the way we can combine different villas for larger groups which offer significant privacy for each villa but allow interaction, gettogethers, barbecues, etc. This is offered at a significant discount.
