This delightful Provencal country house "Villa Seillani," classified four star, is situated in the middle of two acres of olive grove, oak trees ans pine trees between the sea and the mountain at the gateway of the charming and picturesque old village of Seillans (one of the most beautiful villages of France). It overlooks the panoramic view of the massif of Esterel. One hour from Nice airport, 40 minutes from Cannes, within one hour, more or less from St Raphael TGV railway station, Mougins, St Paul de Vence, Monaco, St Tropez and only a 15 foot drive from the A8 motorway.
The owners, Patrick and Francine, extend a warm welcome to this splendid, delightful and tasteful villa. Refinely decorated villa, non smoking, 200 square meters is made of three independent apartments for eight adults. On the ground floor one big apartment with a large American kitchen, a specious sitting-dining room with sofa, two double bedded-rooms, one bathroom with separate toilet, one shower. One studio with a mezzanine double-bedded room, a spacious sitting-dining room, an american kitchen, a shower with toilet.
On the second floor one big apartment with an american kitchen, a spacious sitting-dining room, a large bedded room for two persons and sofa, a shower, and separate toilet. All apartments are fully furnished. Heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, FM radio plus CD playing. Each apartment is also available for rental separately.
Microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, over, cooking utensil. Outside on the front of the house a spacious outdoor terrace with a dining table, and a barbecue. The swimming pool is on safety according to the new regulations, surrounded with parasol, deckchairs, and a pool-house to enjoy a french aperitif. Private parking, electric gate, table tennis, bowls ground (french provencal popular game), landscape garden.
Pets are not allowed. Extra charges for the final cleaning.

Close to the village and nearby you will find many activities such as two tennis clubs, horse-riding, mountain-bikes, hiking, cycling, roch-climbing, golf (2 x 18), beaches at 15 miles (Cannes, St Tropez, St Raphael), lake of St Cassien (fishing, sailing and bathing) skiing (December, February), historic sights, exploring od colorful provencal villages, tasting a big choice of restaurants at any prices, discovering the wine road and wine-tasting, typical provencal markets, excursion to Monaco, Italy.
