This beautiful but relaxing and comfortable home is located in one of the most ideal locations of Scottsdale, close to it all. The major crossroads are Lincoln and Scottsdale Roads. The home has recently been remodeled with brand new kitchen, baths, 18 inch travertine, upgraded carpet and cherry wood cabinets. The home features a private pool that is heated and cooled. *When the ambient temperature reaches 48 degrees it shuts down to prevent damage to the unit.

The property is located approximately 3.5 miles to the loop 101 Freeway, 3.5 miles to Old Town Scottsdale for shopping, dining and a variety of clubs and entertainment options. The home is located in a quiet, gated subdivision and within walking distance to Starbucks, the Good Egg, Flemings, the Borgota and much much more.

The heater turns off when the ambient temp goes down to 48 degrees. There are pool safety devices on all 3 patio doors and the home does have roller shields on most back windows. This should not take the place of proper adult supervision.
